Booking requires a Non - Refundable deposit to secure appointments. I understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment however the retainer is Non - Refundable( could be transferred to the same service in the future )Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will incur a charge of $75 of the service amount. Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment i may have to reschedule your service or add $10 fee to your appointment . I value your time and feel that it is fair to honor the same policies I hold to my clients. Deposit secures your appointment but in case of an emergency on my end , deposit will be fully refunded .
