CANCELLATION POLICY

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. I understand that schedules can change, so please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A credit card is required to hold your spot, and while the deposit is non-refundable, it can be transferred to the same service in the future. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a $75 fee. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled or charged a $10 late fee. I value your time and apply the same policies to myself. In case of an emergency on my end, your deposit will be fully refunded. Thank you for booking—I can’t wait to see you!
